We are currently seeking Independent Life Insurance Agents to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
This is a commission-only position with unlimited income potential. As an Independent Life and Asset Management Agent, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your client base and own your book of business while providing expert advice and customized insurance solutions. You will play a key role in helping clients protect their assets, eliminate debt, and plan for the future as they achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Attend group events and expos to educate attendees on our services.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ financial situation and goals and present an action plan that meets the client's needs.
Recommend appropriate life insurance and asset products.
Close agreements with prospects, obtain signatures, submit applications, and open financiaI accounts.
Provide ongoing support and service to clients, including policy reviews and updates.
Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Licensed Life Insurance Agent or willing to obtain license within 90-days.
FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series, 6 and 63 within the first 12- months.
Basic understanding of insurance products, financial planning, and investment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Valid insurance license in the state of Arizona.
A laptop and cell phone is essential.
Must be familiar with basic technology such as websites, forms, text messaging, and email.
